They sent me a defective product that was "new" but was not in the original packaging and was missing parts had I bought the product new from Best Buy or Plantronics or another company. When I contacted CellXpo right away to notify the company of the defective product, the company was slow to respond, argued with me about whether the product was defective, refused to pay shipping for the return of the defective product (which return the company required), and asked me to commit mail fraud by instructing me to return the product to sender in the original package (it is illegal to reuse postage or to mail items without postage).
